In addition to the Rain Head, aFirst Flush Water Diverter should also be fitted upstream of the tank screen to optimize water quality. If you are ordering a Poly-Mart Rain Harvesting Tank with aRain Harvesting Lid Upgrade, your tank will come installed with a16″ Standard Tank Lidand the Tank Screen cut to fit on the inside of the lid. This will allow you to utilize the tank lid to keep sunlight out of your tank, and also allow you to remove the tank screen to dump any debris that may have collected.
